Order Processing & Shipping Info


Hi there! We’re here to make sure your experience with us is as smooth as possible, so here’s what you need to know about order processing and shipping:


Processing Your Order

Double-check your shipping info before checking out to avoid any hiccups. Once we start processing your order, it’s tough to make changes!

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they’re received, usually shipping within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Payment issues can also cause delays, so please ensure everything goes through smoothly.


If a week has gone by and there’s no update, shoot us an email, and we’ll happily look into it for you!


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items. Candles can be heavy, so shipping may feel pricey, but rest assured, we’re always working to offer fair rates and top-notch service.


Shipping Partners

We team up with USPS to deliver your orders within 1-7 business days in the U.S. 


Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your order and know when it’ll arrive.


Need to Fix Your Shipping Address?

Mistakes happen! If you need to update your shipping address, let us know ASAP at info@herbalhollowco.com before your order ships. Include your full name, order number, and the correct address so we can help. Once your package is on its way, we can’t make changes.

Shipping Heat Sensitive Items in the Summer

When ordering heat sensitive items, such as our candles, in the summer, please try to order on a Monday or Tuesday. You may also order expedited shipping. We take optimal care to insulate our candle orders as much as possible from the heat, but ordering earlier in the week will ensure your item is not sitting in a hot car for longer than is necessary. 

Returns to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll issue a refund. Since we don’t manually adjust addresses, it’s important to double-check your info before completing checkout.


Shipping Delays or Issues

If your shipment seems delayed or stuck, contact the carrier directly. They might need additional instructions to deliver your package.


What if My Package is Missing?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn’t arrived:

Wait a couple of business days—delivery emails can sometimes arrive before the package.

Contact your local UPS or USPS Post Office for more details.


For Parcel Lockers or Held Packages

Sometimes, USPS will hold your package at a local post office or deliver it to a parcel locker. Use your tracking link or contact USPS directly for instructions on picking it up.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, start a claim with UPS or USPS using your tracking link (USPS claims link). We’ll support you, but we’ll wait for the claim to be resolved before issuing a refund or replacement.


Damaged Items

We pack your items with care, but if something arrives damaged, don’t worry! Snap a photo and let us know within 30 days by emailing us at herbalhollowco@gmail.com. Include your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged items so we can make it right.
